Whats Included
- Venue staff for the entire day of your wedding.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are located a short drive away from Lethbridge, AB and recommend the hotels within the city. Some of our recommendations are:
No open flamed candles are allowed. Alternatively, LED candles can be used.
No, our catering and event staff are fully responsible for all set up of the tables and chairs for the reception, the chairs for the ceremony, and the take down and cleanup as well. The only items you are responsible for are the items that you have brought in, i.e. centerpieces, any of your own décor etc. These items would have to be removed by the end of the evening, unless other prior arrangements have been made with your catering Sales Coordinator.
Pets are allowed on the property during the time of the event but we ask you give your event coordinator advance notice.
Please discuss the logistics of this with your Catering Sales Coordinator – most times we can find some room in our kitchen cooler space to store your cake.
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible
Definitely your guests can leave their vehicles in the parking area overnight, and come pick them up the next morning by 10:00am.
There is no public transportation to the Countryside Barn, however we can arrange a limo or shuttle service for the day of the event. Please contact your event coordinator for more information.
No there is no camping allowed on the property. All guests must be off the property no later than 1:30 am.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the wedding gifts are moved off the property by the end of the evening.
We do have a in house sound system that our guests can use but we ask that music be no louder than 90 Decibels. More information on our Entertainment/Music policy can be found in our Wedding Guide.
Yes, but we ask they adhere to the sound policies outline in our Wedding Guide.
Yes, we have microphones that can be used.
Most definitely – our staff are very well trained in handling special menus and allergies.
Yes, there is a cake cutting fee of $1 per person. This includes staff to cut and plate the cake, plates, cutlery, and napkins to serve.
This is all outlined in our catering menu information – note however that Home Made Wine or any liquor is NOT allowed and will be removed. This is a strict Alberta and Gaming Liquor rule.
We have 5 foot rounds and rectangle tables available.
We have white resin garden chairs available.
The Barn has in floor heating and cooling.
No paper confetti, glitter confetti, sparklers, or fires are allowed to be tossed or used on tables. Candles must be contained, anything to be hung from the walls or ceilings must be discussed with your event coordinator. No nails or tacks are to be used in the space.
Yes, there is 1 space for the Bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in.
When your wedding is booked at the Countryside Barn, there will be a dedicated Venue Staff onsite throughout your day. Their only focus and priority is to ensure that everything for your day runs smoothly. They will ensure set up is done properly, they will coordinate with your other vendors such as florist, clergy, photographer, DJ etc to ensure an absolute seamless day so that you do not have to worry…
